If you are selling, you must be the registered owner of the property or an immediate family member of the owner.
Property details, sizes, prices and availability change constantly. Nothing written on this website is an offer or a contract. Every detail must be confirmed with us directly and verified against the original documents before you commit to anything.

Where we describe a property as RERA registered or MC approved, that refers to the approvals held by that specific property or project. We will show you the registration and approval documents on request. You should check them yourself, or have your own advocate check them, before you pay any money.
Where we say a bank loan is available, it means banks do fund properties of that type and approval status. Whether a bank sanctions a loan to you, and on what terms, is entirely the bank's decision based on your own eligibility. We do not promise, arrange or guarantee any loan approval, and we are not a lender or a loan agent.
Any price quoted to you is valid only for the period we state and is subject to change. Stamp duty, registration charges, taxes and any other statutory charges are extra unless we say otherwise in writing.
